General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Sometimes some bleeding may develop at the place the embryo attaches in the uterus. Many times this does not affect the pregnancy and the pregnancy goes on normally and the bleeding gets absorbed.
There are other times though that this may affect the bleeding and lead to abortion.
Unfortunately there is no way to tell this unless follow the pregnancy regularly with ultrasound to see if the bleeding is growing or absorbing.
There is no medication effective in this case or that is needed.

I hope this answers your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
