What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Suggest?

my menstruation go lapses about 3 months i had my last menstruation last march and then july and until now its october still none. i been on ultrasound last june and the result is my uterus measures 5.7x3.3x5.1 cm anteverted the cervix is 2.5x2.9 cm the endometrium is 0.5 cm right ovary is 3.7x2.3x3.2 cm left ovay is3.8x2.1x2.2 cm no significant fluid in the cul de sac impressions still bilateral multicycstic ovaries and what does it mean and what will i do so that my menstruation will come again in normal??

Hello,

As there are multiple cysts in ovaries and there is menstruation problem. You must be assessed for pco. You need hormonal assay as estrogen, testosterone, prolactin, thyroid profile, sugar level. Most importantly, maintain a proper weight.
