General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the ultrasound report you have furnished, it seems that most parameters are normal.
Kidney morphology features are within normal limits. Also, there is no evidence of kidney stones or any space occupying lesions seen.
Only thing what has been is noticed in left kidney is showing P-C system (Pelvicalyceal system) dilation. It means the part of kidney draining urine to ureter (connecting tube between kidney and urinary bladder) is dilated. It may be a temporary dilation or due to some obstruction of urine flow.
Often it is temporary and not associated with any problems in the kidney or ureter.
However, such ultrasound reports needs to be correlated clinically.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
