What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Suggest?

Can you interpret this ultrasound report? Findings: Uterus: Transabdominal imaging through a distended bladder demonstrates the uterus to measure 9.5 x 5.2 x 6.6 cm in size. On transvaginal imaging, uterus measuring 9.7 x 6.1 x 6.4 cm. The echotexture of the myometrium appears mildly heterogenous. Prior tiny submucosal cyst is not seen on the present study. Minimal fluid seen within the endometrial canal. Total bilayer thickness of the endometrial canal measures 9.9 mm and is within normal limits. Right Ovary: The right ovary measures 3.2 x 2.2 x 1.9 cm. Volume 8.3 cc. Follicles are seen. Largest measured 1.5 x 1.4 x 1.3 cm. Left Ovary: The left ovary measures 2.7 x 1.4 x 1.2 cm. Volume 2.4 cc. Small follicles are seen. Prior complex follicles and/or cysts have resolved. Color flow demonstrates vascularity of bilateral ovaries. Bilateral ovaries appear unremarkable. No free fluid. IMPRESSION: Minimal fluid seen within the endometrial canal. Total bilayer thickness of the endometrial canal measures within normal limits. Bilateral ovaries appear unremarkable. No free fluid.
