What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Suggest?

Hello doctor My baby is 33 weaks and 2 days according to reports @ 24/11/16. FHR = 141 Bpd = 8.21 Fl = 6.50 Ac = 29.06 Hc = 30.23 Placenta with grade 3 Afi = 6.90 Water likage continue from 10/11/16(actually this day sudden water likage and Afi goes to 5.2)

The amniotic fluid index (AFI) is low. Low AFI suggests oligohydramnios or low volume of amniotic fluid in gestational sac.
