What Does The Following Ultrasound Result Indicate?

sir my mother is 65 year old. she is right kidney patient. He right kidney is only 26.1 % is working... last ultrasound abdomen report says that mild fullness of pelvicalyceal system with prominent ureter is noted. No definite calculus upto its mild level and at VUJ. Distal part of ureter is not visualized as its is obscured by bowel gas shadows .

Thanks for writing to us.
I have gone through your question and as this use scan suggest dilatation of pelvicalacyeal system, I think there is some kind of obstruction at the distal end.
It may be calculus.
So don't panic.
Just to rule out the possibility go for a xray KUB.
And if it appears normal get one MRI done so that we can make a better diagnosis.
For the meanwhile till you are going for scans consult your urologist, so that he can do clinical work up.
