Hello,
Welcome to HCM.
You have not written the date of your last period or duration of pregnancy.
Your USG report is suggestive of single baby in uterus with head downwards (cephalic presentation, which is normal). Placenta is on anterior wall of uterus away from the mouth of uterus.(which is normal and good thing as placenta over the mouth of uterus may give rise to problems later in pregnancy). Grade 2 maturity of placenta is normal and usually seen after 30 weeks of pregnancy.
The fluid around the baby is adequate (liquor), which is good thing.
The diameter of head of baby (biparital diameter: bpd) is 8.46 cm. Abdominal circumference (AC) is 29.3 cm. Femoral length is 6.42 (bone of leg).
Weight of the baby is 2.19 kg at this stage.
Hope this will be helpful.
Thanks for using HCM.
Take care.
