What Does The Following Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?
Good after noon sir, my name is anand. my wife is pregnent in 19 weeks doctor suggested that Level II scan.. Level II scan is done but some problems is faced... that is... The right kidney is not identified with a position lying adrenal sign. There is normal appearing left kidney. There is also presence of a 2 vessel umbilical cord with a single umblical artey. Further work up is recommended to rule out any chromosomol abnormality.

It could be great if you send the full ultrasound report to me to analyze the findings myself. I can only say, yes, chromosomal testing should be carried out, you're in time 19 weeks already while the test is done between 10th and 22nd weeks.
