General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for your question. I do understand your pain and discomfort. Please find my advice below-

1)The ultrasound term anechoic (no echos) may be used to describe fluid, either cyst fluid or fresh blood. A complex ovarian cyst.

2)It needs surgical treatment only

3)Histopathology report will tell further planning and treatment.

I hope I was able to address your query. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to write to me.

Wishing you all the best.

Thanks,
I find this answer helpful
