What Does The Following Ultrasound Test Report Suggest?

I did ultrasound test for prgnancy on doctor s advice. The report said that, the internal os is closed. G.sac- 41.9 MM : 9 WEEKS 5 DAYS. Impression? Missed abortion. The doctor relying only on this report , advised me to wash out. Should i don t that or visit another doctor for second opinion. Please suggest.

Hi, I think if there is no heart beat at 9 weeks period of gestation, it is a case of missed abortion. You can wait for one more week and repeat the ultrasound if you want. But if you have pain and bleeding in between, it will have to be evacuated surgically. Hope I have answered your question.
