What Does The Following Urinalysis Report Suggest?

hi ,dr, my urinalysis report saysr tansprency sl.turbid reaction5.0 spec. gravity 1.015 albumin positive +2 sugar negative pus cells13-15 hpf red cells 2-6 hpf epithelial cells few bacteria moderate mucus threads few amorphous urates- few. what are the indications and medicines needed? thank you

Understand your concern
Compare your report with normal urine analysis
Transparency: clear to slight hazy__________turbd___slight abnormal
Sp gravity : 1.005 to 1.025______1.015___normal
Albumin: negative___________+2__abnormal
Pus cell: up to 5/hpf______________13-15__________abnormal
Epithelial cell: 10-12/hpf:______________2-6__normal
Bacteria : none_________________few___abnormal

So according to your urine report you have UTI (kidney infections or cystitis) with albuminuria.
I advice you to consult the urologist and go for urine culture and antibiotic sensitivity
Hypertension and diabetic screening to rule out the cause of albumin in the urine.
I give you following medicine and advice:
Antibiotics: according to culture and antibiotic sensitivity report.
Till that time you can take Tablet septra DS with nitozoilum
Tablet pyridium and syrup cidal.
Drink plenty of waters and juice of cranberry, orange and pine apple.
Maintain pelvic hygiene before and after urination and sex.
Empty the bladder completely and do not do delay in urination.
Always take complete dose of antibiotic to prevent recurrence
Repeat the culture after 14 days to see the clear of bacteria.
