General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The following things can be concluded from the urine analysis report you have shared.

1. Appearance should be pale yellow but is yellow and dark.
2. The reaction should be acidic. pH is indicating acidic of 6.5 and is normal.
3. Protein should be nil but is indicating ++ excretion of proteins.
4. Glucose, urobilinogen, bilirubin, bile pigments, nitrate and ketone bodies are nil and is normal.
5. Specific Gravity seems to be mildly elevated.
6. Epithelial cells should be nil but are showing +.

It appears that you have some glomerular membrane defect in the kidneys, possibly due to infection.

Kindly consult Urologist with the report for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ashakiran S, General & Family Physician
