What Does The Following Urinalysis Report Suggest?

Hello doctor!

I have concretions n my right kidney (U.sound)
"Urine examination:
Color= p.yellow
Turbidity = nil
SP gravity= nil
Protien= nil
Sugar = nil
Bilirubin = nil"

"Microscopy
My pus cells are 6-8/hpf
RBC 0-1 /hpf
Epith cells + /hpf
Cal oxalate is ranging 1-2 /hpf
Amorphous uterus= nil"

Kindly lemme know if there is any UTI because i feel cramps right side of lower abdominal cavity.

I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.

The above described urine analysis suggest the possibility of initial stages of UTI(urinary tract infection) .
The pus cells are 6-8/HPF which indicates minimal infection and all other parameters are perfectly normal.
you need to start a short course of antibiotic therapy for five to seven days under the guidance of GP. Norflox is the preferred drug for uncomplicated UTI. Drink plenty of water.
If symptoms persist despite antibiotic therapy, it is better to do a urine culture and sensitivity to choose the best antibiotic for your case.
