What Does The Following Urinalysis Report Suggest?

I have only been able to get a decent erection after taking one 500 mg CIPRO. Urinalysis shows on/off strange things--cloudy--hyaline casts--protein. Urine cult. NEG.PAIN in testes too ion/off sono scans of prostate/ bladder/ even scrotum reveal nothing.. small kid stone left side (size seed)what is wrong?(I have no STDs)NO cancer risk, my GUESS is chronic prostititis w,out adequite Anti-biotics for 8 weeks ? My Gen MD refuses to give anti biotic since urine cult NEG ?

Hi,

I understand your concern.

Your urine analysis shows cloudy appearance (perhaps you did not take the last portion of urine).
Hyaline casts are suggesting a case of dehydration.
If protein is present, then, kidney is affected. Kidney function test and abdominal ultrasound recommended further.

No urine infection so far. If culture is negative, no urine infection. Cranberry supplements recommended to change the appearance of urine/clear urine pathways.

If your only problem is not getting a decent erection, I advise to consult with urologist further to rule out genital problems.
