What Does The Following Urinalysis Result Indicate?

pls help interpret my urinalysis result color: light yellow odor:aromatic Transparency: s;ightly turbid Ph:6 reaction acidic glucose:+4 albumin: negative specific gravity:1.010 epithelial cells: rare mucous threads: rare WBC: 1-2 RBC : 0-2 bacteria: rare

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of urine analysis is as follows:
The physical characters of urine are within normal limits.
Presence of glucose 4+ is abnormal finding.
This commonly occurs in diabetes mellitus.
You need to get your blood glucose levels done.
Presence of epithelial cells, rare white blood cells and 0-2 red blood cells and 0-2 bacteria is within normal limits.
Thus, there is excessive presence of glucose only.
All other parameters are within normal limits.
