What Does The Following Urinalysis Result Indicate?

Hi my urinalysis result is ff: Color - yellow Transparency - hazy Ph - 7.0 Protein - trace Microscopic Pus cells - 3-5/hpf Red blood cells - 4-6/hpf Bacteria - moderate Amorphous phosphates - many Rbc - 4.51 Wbc - 9.0 Blood chemistry Blood uric acid - 731.8 (done twice) Whats does it mean?? Please help!

Increased blood uric acid level with abnormal renal function test tells that kidneys are not able to eliminate increased uric acid from body. The findings of urine analysis points towards a bacterial infection like proteus causing renal stone formation. Further analysis is required.
