What Does The Following Urine Analysis Report Mean?

Need help interpreting urinalysis. Apparently I was denied health insurance due to this test. Color-yellow Clarity Clear SG 1.024 PH 5.5 PRO,GLU,KET,BIL,Urine Blood,LEU,NIT - All Negative URO 0.2 EPCELL FEW SQUAMOUS MOCOUSTHR FEW UCAST NONE UCTYPE NONE UWBC 0-1 URBC 0-1 UBACT FEW

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
The urine analysis report you have posted could be interpreted in the following way:
1. Specific gravity value is normal but at its upper limit.
2. Presence of squamous mucosal cells, few casts and few bacteria indicates that you could be having urinary tract infection or urinary bladder infection.
3. Other parameters in the result is quite normal.
Due to such a finding, it would be better to undergo an ultrasound abdomen to know what could be the abnormality in the urinary system.
Kindly consult Urologist with the reports for proper evaluation and appropriate management.
