What Does The Following Urine Analysis Report Suggest?

I had my Urinalysis a while ago, it says I have this color red in my urine. My Ph reaction is 7.5, Sp. gravity 1.015, and in my Albumin, the doctor wrote this things ++++ and in sugar - . In pus cell 5-10/hpf. My red blood cells is already innumerable. My Epithelial Cell is + also the A. urates/Phosphates, mucus thread, and the bacteria is positive. What Should I do with this? I cant understand what s this things means. Help me.

Hello dear
I understand your concern

High pus cell, Presence of few bacteria suggests urinary tract infections.
Albumin is positive: It is present in the condition in which damage to glomerulus membrane will occur like diabetes, hypertension, chronic kidney disease due to autoimmune disease.
I would suggests to consult the urologist and undergo urine culture, CBC, ESR, fasting blood sugar, Hb1Ac, Bllod pressure check up and USG to confirm the above condition.
Doctor will give following advises:
Antibiotics accordings to culture report
Tablet nitrozolium and pyridium
Syrup cital. Drink plenty of water and juice of cranberry, orange and pineapple.
Do not delay in empty the bladder and always empty the bladder completely.
Angiotensin blocker also helpful to reduce the protein secretion.
