What Does The Following Urine Analysis Report Suggest?

Hi in my urine report found pale colour slightly turbid with specific gravity 1.010, reaction acidic. Microscopic examination shows pus cells 1-2 /hpf, epithelial cells 1-2/hpf and dead sperm present in my report. I also have precum leakage problem and i do frequent urination. What can i do now. Plz suggest.

Presence of puss cells in urine suggests urinary tract infection which is mostly bacterial.
Advice
1.     Drink 4 – 5 liters of uncontaminated water to flush out bacteria
2.     Syrup alkaline citrate 2 teaspoonful three times daily for 1 week
3.     Ciprofloxacin 500 mg per oral twice daily for 7 days
4.     Drink fruit juice and cranberry juice
5.     Do not hold your urine. Urinate when you feel
6.     Investigations
a.     culture & sensitivity of urine
b.     total & differential count of WBC
