Hi in my urine report found pale colour slightly turbid with specific gravity 1.010, reaction acidic. Microscopic examination shows pus cells 1-2 /hpf, epithelial cells 1-2/hpf and dead sperm present in my report. I also have precum leakage problem and i do frequent urination. What can i do now. Plz suggest.
Presence of puss cells in urine suggests urinary tract infection which is mostly bacterial. Advice 1. Drink 4 – 5 liters of uncontaminated water to flush out bacteria 2. Syrup alkaline citrate 2 teaspoonful three times daily for 1 week 3. Ciprofloxacin 500 mg per oral twice daily for 7 days 4. Drink fruit juice and cranberry juice 5. Do not hold your urine. Urinate when you feel 6. Investigations a. culture & sensitivity of urine b. total & differential count of WBC I hope this information will help you. I will be happy if you ask another question Thanks
