What Does The Following Urine Analysis Report Suggest?
I have got Urine Analysis Report on 14.10.2016 shows Pus Cells 250-300 in reference interval 0 - 5 and against I did urine test on 17.10.2016 today and found in my report Pus Cells 150-200 in reference interval 0-5 what it show Pus Cells on 14.10.2016 250-300 and within 3 days interval it show 150-200, Since Jan.2016 till April 2016 all my Pus cells show 30-40. What it indicate and what is the reason
Hello dear I understand your concern High pus cell in the urine suggests chronic urinary tract infection(kidney infection, cystitis). I would suggest to consult the authorized urologist and undergo complete kidney function test, urine culture and antibiotic sensitivity and USG scan. Doctor will give following advises: Injection of the ceftriaxone and nitrofurantoin Followed by oral antibiotic for prevention Tablet pyridium Syrup cital: 2 tablespoon three times a day in half glass of water Drink plenty of water and juice of cranberry, orange and pineapple Maintain proper pelvic hygiene. Repeat the test after completeness of the treatment to know the treatment response and clearance of infection Hope this may help you
