What Does The Following Urine Cytology Report Suggest?

Can you please explain what this means - DIAGNOSIS: Negative for malignant cells or dysplasia. Reactive cellular changes. Hematuria with isomorphic erythrocytes indicating lower urinary tract, uro-epithelial bleeding. Reactive urothelial fragment(s). Abundant squamous epithelium.

This can be result of a contaminated sample in case of a female patient.

Other than that simple urinary tract infection can cause minor bleeding, reactive changes and epithelial cells in urine.
