Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of urine test is as follows:
The physical characteristics- color, pH and specific gravity are within normal limits.
Microscopy shows presence of few epithelial cells, few pus cells, 0-2 red blood cells and few bacteria suggests presence of infection in the urinary tract.
A course of broad spectrum antibiotic will treat the urinary tract infection.
Presence of amorphous urates or phosphates and mucus threads does not signify any pathology in the urinary tract.

Thanks and take care
