General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Your son's urine report is showing to be having pus cells, which indicates urinary tract infection. He is having fever due to the presence of infection.
He needs to be treated with appropriate course of antibiotics after getting his urine culture and sensitivity test.
Following treatment with antibiotics, he needs further evaluation by certain investigations namely:
1. Micturating cystourethrogram (MCUG).
2. Dimercaptosuccinic acid (DMSA) scan.
Kindly consult Urologist with the reports for evaluation and management.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
