General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
The following inferences can be drawn based on the urine analysis report you have enclosed.
1. Urine colour is yellow and is normal.
2. Urine appearance should be clear and transparent, but is slightly. It could be due to presence of either infection or proteins.
3. Urine specific gravity is in normal range.
4. Urine pH should be acidic and is fine.
5. Chemical reaction is indicating the presence of albumin (protein) and sugar is negative.
6. Urine microscopy is indicating presence of small quantities of pus cells and epithelial cells, which could be considered within normal range.
7. Other findings like presence of granular cast, urates and mucous threads does not show much significance.
Only abnormality which needs to be evaluated is for the presence of proteins, which could be due to uncontrolled diabetes or hypertension.
Kindly consult Physician for evaluation of the same.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
