What Does The Following Urine Test Report Suggest?

My 15 yr old son had urine test done and has high RBC of 15 and blood H of 250.00 His blood test shows high blood urea 22 and High Phosphorus level of 5.0 In addition to this his R.B.C is low 4.14 Haemoglobin low 12.5 and haematocrit/PVC low at 35.5 Lymphocytes high at 49.6 These tests we run because he is 15yrs old and is below average on his height and weight at 156cm height and 59kg weight. We had a previous blood test that showed his thyroid as an issue with as his TSH was high at 5.16. We took him to Endocrinologist who then had all the above tests done. We have not yet been able to go back to see him regarding these results. but the above results show his thyroid as normal at 3.71. Any advice??

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The urine report is suggestive of urinary tract infection induced red blood cell in the urine most likely. The thyroid stimulating hormone level elevation, has to be confirmed by repeat test after 5-7 days , if later also that is elevated, he must get a complete thyroid profile with serum free T 3 and T 4 levels as well as thyroid receptor and thyroid stimulating antibodies evaluation for best guidelines ahead.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
