General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
Understand your concern
First compare your urology report with normal urinary report.
Color – Yellow___________normal
Clarity/turbidity – Clear_______________hazy_____slight abnormal
Glucose - ≤130 mg/d________++++____________abnormal
Albumin-nil_______________ ++++_____________abnormal
epithelial cells - ≤15-20 squamous epithelial cells/hpf___4-6__normal
Casts – 0-5 hyaline casts/lpf_______________normal
Pus cell: up to 5/hpf__________20-22________abnormal
Mucus thread as crystal seen occasionally______normal.

So you have pus cell, glucose and albumin in the urine.
Following are the possibility:
Pus cell due to urinary tract infection (glomerulonephritis)
Glucose ++++ due to: diabetic glomerulosclerosi- means blood glucose: >180 mg/dl
Albumin ++++: diabetic glomerulosclerosis, hypertensive glomerulosclerosis, autoimmine involment of kidney.
I think most possibilty is diabetic glomerulosclerosis with UTI
I advice you to consult the urologist and take proper treatment:
If I am treating doctor I provide following advice and medicine.
For UTI: tablet septran plus pyridium, nitrozolium and urine alkalizer like potasium citrate. Drink lot of water and cranberry juice.
Empty the bladder completely.

For diabetes glomerulosclerosis:
Tight control of glucose by antidiabetic drug,insulin, antidiabetic diet and exercise. Losartan can be given to control albuminuria.
Take high protein diet.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
