General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* The report of typhoid fever remain positive for a long period of times even upto 6 months in some of the cases.

* It is the importance of clinical aspects as

@ fever

@ bradycardia

@ low appetite

@ abdomen discomfort

@ nausea, vomiting

Are recovered or not and if yes to how much extent.

So focus on clinical recovery rather than lab data in this situation to avoid puzzle and panic ahead.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
