What Does The Following Widal Test Report Mean?

My child is sick , has a widal test report of Paratyphi O antigen , Grp A....1: 160 . , Salmonella typhi O antigen Grp O... 1: 160 , Paratyphi H antigen Grp h...1:160 , Paratyphi H antigen Grp c .... 1:160 , while other values are 1: 20 . He was treated with drips and given Ciprotab for 2 days . Yet , he is still having fever and vomiting . Pls what is wrong ?

the course of illness of typhoid fever is two weeks. you may start tribhuvan kirti rasa and trishun 1 tab every four hourly
