Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Does The Grayish Raised Skin On My Inner Thigh Indicate?
Have very small grayish round slightly raised skin on my inner thighs it has been there for years. It doesn t itch except at night. It hurts if hosiery is worn over them. I ask my family doctor and his assistant also and they say they are plantars warts they seem to be spreading just a little. How can they be removed.
In my opinion the symptoms seem to be related to plantar wart. Over-the-counter wart treatments include a medication that is applied topically such as salicylic acid which works by peeling the wart.
If it doesn't work you can go to your doctor for a specific treatment.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
