What Does The Lab Test Say?

My husband just had some fasting blood work done in a routine health screening at work and his numbers are:

Total Cholesterol: 241

HDL: 37

LDL: 126

Triglycerides: 390

Glucose: 91

BP: 102/68

Height: 72 inches/Weight: 202

Concern with the extremely high triglycerides. What could cause this?
