It would have been useful if you had told us something more on your age, other medical conditions reason for having the test. That is because values which might be considered acceptable for average normal people might be considered too high for those at high risk for heart problems such as after a heart attack.
That being said that report show borderline cholesterol values, not high but very close and high triglicerides. It's not something alarming, but in the long term high lipids confer a higher risk for vascular damage, a risk factor for heart attack, stroke etc. The most risk is related to cholesterol, less so for triglicerides, so it's a good thing that your cholesterol is not high. However you should try to control those values, for now I suggest with diet and exercise and have control tests in the future. If the values increase in the future medication might be considered.
As I said these recommendations are especially important if you have other vascular risk factors such as history of heart attack or stroke, other risk factors such as high blood pressure, diabetes, smoking etc which augmented your total risk.

I hope to have been of help.
