What Does The Liver Function Test Report Indicate?

My blood tests results are in and I am concerned because my AST was 54 and my ALT was 96, my sedimentation rate is a 24, total protein was 7.1 and alkaline phosphate was 116 my monocytes were 5.1 and my cholesterol was 242. I have fatty liver, CAD, and osteoarthritis and I can t get the swelling down in my legs and it hurts to bear weight on it or get back up after sitting down for a while. Is it my liver, an infection or what?

I really appreciate your concern, the test report may be normal one and this is not correlate with what the clinical symptoms given here but this could be correlate with other condition which is not given here, like your age and gender which is absent here, hope this information helps, take care have a nice day.
