Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of the test results is as follows:
1. The total proteins, albumin, globulin and A/G ratio are all within normal range.
2. The liver enzyme SGPT is within normal range should be 3. The bilirubin level is 1.07 which is increased.

These values suggest that there is a liver pathology.
A history of diabetes mellitus is a risk factor for developing a liver disease called non-alcoholic steato-hepatitis which is characterized by deranged liver functions.
If there is history of alcoholism, it adds to liver damage.
Alcoholic intake if present, should be stopped immediately.

I suggest you to consult a gastroenterologist for further work up.

Thanks and take care
