Hello and welcome to HCM,
The levels of SGOT and jaundice were raised initially.
What was the cause of increase in levels of SGOT and bilirubin?
An increase in levels of SGOT and bilirubin is due to recurrence of the same condition.
You need to consult your treating doctor with the reports.

Thanks and take care
