What Does The Lower Abdominal Pain And Ovarian Misalignment Mean?

hi, i have been to a lady doing body talk. She says there is a problem with my ovarian ligament..? What does this mean? I have pain everyday in my lower abdomen.. I have also had a laparoscopy for suspected endometriosis but everything was fine. Thanks
