General & Family Physician 's  Response
hi i had gone through your question
your lump may be a collection of puss, hematoma, inflammatory exudate or a tumor.
as you have history of trauma and pimple it seems to be inflammatory and also it seems to be severe. because it is involving your mastoid, ear as well as throat. i suggest you to visit a ent specialist as soon as possible. as diagnosis ant treatment in your case can not be made by physical examination. mean while take a course of antibiotics,anti- inflammatory and pain killers.
hoping this may help you
regards
Dr Arvind
