What Does The Miscarriage Report Mean?

Hi Doctor, Good day. Actually I am having a doubt, I am miscarriage on last year April (6 weeks pregnancy) , however my doctor did not explain to me about the report. Until now not yet pregnant at all after the miscarriage. Therefore, I am not sure whether I am molar pregnancy (hydatid mole)? Can I ask doctor about the interpretation report? Gross: Received in formalin are multiple fragments of soft greyish tissue measuring an aggregate diameter 45mm. Representative sections submitted in 1 block. Microscopy: Section shows strips and fragments of decidua with dilated non secretory type of glands. No chorionic vili structures or trophoblasts noted.
