What Does The Ovarian Mass In The CT Impression Indicate?

I am wondering what it means when a CT impression says, irregular density deep mass within the left pelvis that could represent a mass on the residual left ovarian mass or an inflammatory mass although the colon appears normal. Also the second impression said, additional 2.2 cm mass within the left upper quadrant lateral to the stomach of uncertain clinical significance.
