General & Family Physician 's  Response
welcome to Health care magic.
1.The report indicates there is no intrauterine pregnancy present.
2.Gestational sac is there with retrochorionic haemorrhage ( presence of bleed posterior to the placenta / chorion ( early stage).
3.The scan was performed trans - abdominal, and trans - vaginal is recommended for better visualisation of the pelvic organs and presence of ectopics, better evaluation of the adnexal lesion.
4.The adnexal lesion is large located in the right adnexa. Need to confirm with the TVS and MRI for better anatomical evaluation and content ( hemorrhagic cyst, mass lesion)
5.Get an TVS as soon as possible and D&C - dilatation and curettage might be needed as there is nothing mentioned about presence of fetal pole.
6. Possibilities of missed abortion are there.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
