What Does The Placenta Posterior In My Ultrasound Indicate?

i am 26 years old,5.6 height ,17 week pregnant with my first baby
everything is good going with me but ultrasound on 17 week shows that placenta posterior,low lying covering the os,grade 1 in maturity
is it serious ,what precautions should i take and can I travel by train at this time ? is it safe travel .please advise

I have gone through your question and I understood your problem.
No need to worry at present you can travel also.But you need to monitor your placental migration by sonography to rule out placenta previa.
