What Does The Presence Of Bacterial Aerobic Culture, Occasional Pus Cells And Gram Negative Bacilli In A Urine Culture Report Mean?
Sir, I'm aged 58. In my urine culture report, bacterial Aerobic Culture has been found and Occasional pus cells and occasional gram negative bacilli seen and the final report says insignificant growth of urethral commensals. So, what does it mean please clarify.

The urine culture report shows presence of bacteria which are normally present in urine. There is no significant growth of any infectious agent and thus antibiotics are not required.
