What Does The Presence Of Tiny Osteophytes At L4 And L5 Mean?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...i have had back problems now for 15 years since i got run over by a car i was dragged half a mile down the road i`ve had an x-ray done and it shows that their is loss of the usual lordotic curve but disc space height is maintained their are some tiny osteophytes present at the l4/l5 level what does this mean please cause i am in so much pain
