What Does The Red And Inflamed Lump Near Areola Of Breast Indicate?

My 15 year old daughter has a hard lump on her breast,near areola but more to the top of the breast. It is red, warm and inflamed. The infamation is getting a little bigger today. She is achy and breast is sore. She does not seem to have a fever at all, or maybe a very low grade, if at all.

It might be infamatory gland. Aspiration biopsy can be done. After seeing the reult proper treatment can be planed. Inlatter on stage exision is done then biopsy can be done again.
