What Does The Remark As MSF Suggest From Folliculography Suggest?

Hi , I married age 26 yrs, and had a irregular MC, now we are planning for baby, but doc has advised to check up the folliculography test since the size is not the normal, now i did the 1st test today but doc written remark as MSF, could you please advise what does it mean

hi msf means multiple small follicles . you will have to go for alternate day follicular monitoring from day 9 of your cycle till day 17. if a dominant follicle is formed and reaches size of 18 to 20 mm then you should take an hcg 10000 iu for rupture and try for conception in those days.in case no dominant follicle is formed then you will have to take ovulation induction drugs . all the best take care.
