What Does The Report As Fatty Liver With Hepatosplenomegaly Suggest?

1. Fatty liver
2.Hepatosplenomegaly.
3.Very high vldl cholesterol
4.Triglyceride is also very high.
-Clinical remedies and probable causes plz sent to me. my age is about 24 years. I had also the habit of drinks before few months, but not now. The only bad habit of me is smoking.

You should take medicines due to altered lipid profile.You can take combination tablet of atorvastatin 10 mg and fenofibrate 160 mg once daily at night after dinner.
You need few more investigations like routine hemogram,RBS,LFT,RFT,Ultrasound of abdomen.
Fatty liver is a reversible state and it can be reversed by changing life style and diet changes.
You should reduce your weight if you are overweight.
You should avoid alcohol and high fat milk products.
Cook food in olive or canola oil.
You should take limited salt in your diet.
Take lot of fruits and vegetables.You should also increase your physical activity in the form of walking and exercise.
You can also do meditation and yoga.It will help a lot.
