alkaline phosphate: 115
tgp: 138

Thanks for writing to HCM

Your problem may be due to intake of Roaccutane for prolong period.Roaccutane causes liver damage and dyslipidemia.
Increased SGPT and GGT indicates liver injury.Your lipid profile is also deranged.
Ultrasound of abdomen should also be done.
You should take tablet Ursodeoxycholic acid 300 mg twice daily for three months.It will help in regeneration of liver cells.
You should avoid red meat and high fat milk products.
You should avoid alcohol completely if you take it.
You should consult your dermatologist for medicine change.
