Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of your blood report is as follows:
The total leukocyte count (TLC) is raised. The normal TLC ranges from 4000-10,000 per cubic millimeter. The TLC is raised upto 15.200 in your case.
The differential leukocyte count (DLC) shows increase in neutrophils and presence of band cells.
Presence of neutrophilia and band cells suggests bacterial infection.

The MCV and MCH are red cell indices.
There is decrease in both MCV and MCH.
Decrease in MCV and MCH are seen in microcytic hypochromic anemia.
You need to get peripheral blood smear examination to know the cause of low MCV and low MCH.

Thanks and take care
