Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

There is an impression of exercise induced ischemic heart disease. This means that doing physical activity can lead to the heart failure while pumping more blood and this must be prevented. You may get an angiogram done to know if any of the coronary arteries (blood vessels supplying the heart) are clogged. This can be opened up by angioplasty and medicines may need to be taken for a while depending on the blockage and lipid profile numbers.
