What Does The Report Say?

Dear Doctor ,
I am 31 Years old ,i have done my Semen Test the report in which my Sperm Count is - 40 Million /ml; Active motile 50%; sluggish motile 30%; Non Motile 20% ;Puss cell 2-4 / hpf ; Epithelial cell 0-1 /hpf .
My Question is whether i am fit for plan a baby or not.
if not kindly suggest the correct treatment or medicine to me.

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Your semen analysis report suggests infection.This is indicated by the presence of pus cells,epithelial cells.Normally,there shouldn't be any pus cells in semen.
Infection may be due to prostatitis,UTI etc.
You need antibiotics for infection.
Other investigation like routine hemoram,RBS,Ultrasound of pelvis should be done.Trans rectal sonography of prostate can be done if needed.
Rest of the findings are normal.
You should consult your doctor.
