Hello and welcome to HCM, The interpretation of your blood report keeping in view your clinical status is as follows: 1. Raised hemoglobin is expected in chronic pulmonary diseases like asthma. 3. Raised total leukocyte count is seen in infection. Raised segmented cells or polymorphs suggest bacterial infection. Thus there is focus of bacterial infection. You need to consult your doctor for prescription of antibiotics to control infection. 3. Low vitamin D levels is associated with low calcium levels. Low calcium levels lead to depression. Thus, vitamin D supplements will correct the vitamin D and calcium levels. Take vitamin D supplements and check vitamin D levels once treatment is over.
